Dr. Alana studied Nutrition & Food at Toronto Metropolitan University before completing her Naturopathic Doctor training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She's passionate about helping people find a clear path forward when it comes to their health — especially those who've felt dismissed or misunderstood by the healthcare system, who simply know there's more to their story than they've been told, and who want a tailored approach to health and wellness.
Her approach combines modern scientific evidence with natural and traditional therapies, looking at how nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, hormones, digestion, and lifestyle all connect — to get to the root cause of your symptoms while still providing relief along the way. Treatment plans are tailored to you, and may include clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, targeted supplementation, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and lab testing when appropriate.
The goal isn't just symptom relief — it's giving you the knowledge and tools to support your health, recovery, and long-term resilience.
